We are pleased to welcome Ulviyya Mehraliyeva from ADA University as one of the speakers of our Seasonal School on Energy Efficiency.

Ulviyya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across the public and corporate sectors, combining expertise in public policy, strategic communications, innovation, and project management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy from the Public Administration Academy and a Master’s degree from ADA University.

Her professional background includes key roles at the EITI Baku Office and the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ), where she served as a Real Estate Investment Associate and later as Head of Strategic Communications. She currently works as a Manager in the Innovations Department at PASHA Holding, where she leads innovation initiatives and manages the INMerge Innovation Summit.

Ulviyya is PMP certified and brings strong expertise in project and change management, ESG, and energy-related real estate certifications. She is also a winner of the “Yüksəliş” national competition and serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at ADA University, teaching Project Management.
