We are delighted to introduce Assoc. Prof. Claudio Del Pero from the Politecnico di Milano, Italy
Graduated cum laude in Environmental Engineering and with a Ph.D. in Building Physics, Prof. Del Pero has been actively engaged since 2006 in research and advisory activities on energy efficiency in the built environment and the integration of renewable energy sources, particularly photovoltaic technology and distributed energy generation.
He has contributed to numerous national and international projects, including Horizon Europe RE-SKIN, Horizon 2020 ABC21, HEART, SPARK, and PVT-SAHP, and participated in IEA PVPS Task 10 and IEA ECES Annex 31. He is also the technical coordinator of the PV Test Facility at Politecnico di Milano.
Since 2017, he has been a member of the PhD board of his department and has supervised over 30 PhD students. Prof. Del Pero has co-authored more than 100 scientific publications and currently serves as associate editor for Solar Energy and Energy and Built Environment journals.
We are honored to have him join our Seasonal School and share his expertise in sustainable energy, building integration, and innovative energy systems with an international audience.
