Meet the Team:
Ms. Nargiz Ismayilova - Head of Executive Education at ADA University Institute for Development and Diplomacy (IDD). Her major roles include collaborating with professionals in the public and private sectors responsible for human resources and capacity building to identify their educational needs and ensure information confidentiality, planning, and the monitoring of all IDD executive education programs. Her area of expertise includes EU-funded project management; implementing public administration and civil service reforms as well as institutional capacity building in Azerbaijan; participation in EU CIB and IRP implementation;
Ms.Inara Yagubova - a Senior Research Fellow at ADA University Institute for Development and Diplomacy (#IDD). Her major roles include independently undertaking advanced research in the relevant discipline area, as well as writing or contributing to publications and disseminating research findings using media appropriate to the discipline. Her main areas of expertise are policy analysis, Middle East studies, project management, as well as soft skills training and teaching security studies.
Ms. Nargiz Azizova a Senior Research Fellow at #IDD. Her major roles include undertaking advanced research in relevant discipline area as well as writing or contributing to publications and disseminating research findings using media appropriate to the discipline.
Ms. Hajar Huseynova - Senior Research Fellow at #IDD. Her functions include leading the production of high-quality research reports and publications, as well as teaching and conducting trainings in the field of green energy, environmental policy and management, sustainable development and water resources management. Hajar has worked with various international institutions such as UNDP, GEF, GIZ, Konrad-Adenauer Stiftung, NUPI in the capacity of researcher and project manager. She is the author of monthly analytical papers and reports on water, energy, renewable energy and environmental policy gaps in the country.
